In the basement of Matsuya Dept. store, we found some discount sushi for 6 dollars...the fish was amazing.
Laurel took me to the famous coffee shop L'Ambre. The owner is 95 and still roasts his own beans daily.....the coffee is hand-brewed using felt strainers.
Best cup of coffee I've had.
While I was asking for directions, Laurel said she was going to run off and get a piece of baum bread, but instead she came back with a Milky cake.
It was fluffy shortcake with the Milky candy flavored cream inside.... yum.
