All you can eat strawberry picking

Yesterday, the exchange center took us on a trip to Chiba ken for strawberry picking.
Here's tokyo tower.

We had an hour to eat as many strawberries as we could. We picked them right of the vine.

I've actually never had strawberries like these before in my life. They were soft and melted in your mouth. Super sweet too. They gave us condensed milk to dip.

I ate way too many.

Our little area of strawberry patch was cleaned out at the end.

After strawberry picking, we drove to the coast for lunch. It was warm, sunny, and there were palm trees.

Squid drying in the sun.

Our lunch. Sashimi, Squid noodles, raw shrimp, seasnail. It was soo good.

After lunch we went to a community center and made uchiwa fans.

Then we soaked our feet in the foot bath.

Finall on the way home, we road down a large freeway that suddenly stopped in the middle of the bay. At the end, there was a shopping center/rest stop/mall/arcade.

The arcade has dozens of huge crane games. This huge bear came along to say hi to us.

This is Reese's favorite. You can see the big pepperoni's that you can win too.

We went to the top to find this view. We were all confused as to why they would build a huge freeway /bridge that leads to a mall. I later found out that the freeway continues below the mall and goes into a tunnel that ends in Kawasaki, at the other end of the bay.
